The standard consists of three compatible parts: PROFIBUS-DP (decentralized peripheral), Profibus-PA (process automation), profibus-fms (Fieldbus message specification). PROFIBUS-DP is a high-speed and low-cost communication solution, which is commonly used in the communication between equipment level control system or equipment and decentralized I / O. It is mainly field level distributed IO node design.

 

2. PROFIBUS International
