1、 Overview

Compressed air is an important production power in pneumatic equipment. In the process of using compressed air, it is inevitable to produce a certain amount of condensate, and it is often accompanied by oil, impurity particles (such as rust) and other harmful substances. Purification of air source is an important means to ensure the normal operation of pneumatic equipment.

Based on many years of practical experience and combined with the actual working conditions of the site, we developed a DFY type air source purification device. The device adopts a parallel dual channel structure, which is convenient for filter element replacement. The air source purification device includes air-water separation parts, stainless steel pipeline, filter (60 mesh double-layer), shut-off ball valve and other equipment, which can realize automatic drainage and blowdown.

DFY type gas source purification device can effectively deal with the separation of oil and water in the gas source, so as to purify the gas source and ensure the normal operation of pneumatic equipment, which can be widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, textile and other industries.

2、 Main features

3、 Technical indicators

3.1 ambient temperature: - 20-60 ℃;

3.2 input and output air source pressure: ≤ 1.0MPa;

3.3 output flow of filter: 8000L / min;

3.4 input and output air supply pipeline: φ 25, φ 35 (can be determined according to equipment needs);

3.5 filtering accuracy: the filtering accuracy reaches 0.3 μ m, and the water removal efficiency is not less than 99%.

4、 Installation and maintenance

DFY type air source purification device can be horizontally placed beside the air source pipeline according to the site conditions, and the air inlet and outlet pipes are connected by welding. Replace the filter element regularly according to the quality of its own air source to ensure that the air source is unobstructed and the normal operation of the pneumatic equipment of the whole plant is guaranteed.
