Overview 

1. The use of solenoid valve box and centralized installation of solenoid valve can reduce the power supply and control circuit of each solenoid valve. The electrical control circuit of the centralized control system is connected to the solenoid valve box. The solenoid valve box only needs to lay gas pipe to the pneumatic equipment, which is suitable for any place. 2. With the solenoid valve box with bus communication function, all communication control functions can be completed with only one communication line between the master station and the slave station, reducing a lot of cable and wiring work, saving the cost of cable and labor, and the system expansion only needs to expand the slave station, the master control system does not need to add IO equipment, which is convenient for operation and construction. 3. If the solenoid valve needs manual, automatic, interlocking and other control methods, the solenoid valve box must be used to cooperate with the corresponding control circuit. 4. If the traditional way is to install the solenoid valve on the equipment, the power supply and control circuit also need to be connected to the equipment. If the environment is relatively bad or even the place with explosion-proof requirements, the requirements for the solenoid valve will also be very high (such as explosion-proof), so there is a big obstacle in this way, and the cost of the solenoid valve is increased. The price of the explosion-proof solenoid valve is at least 2-3 times that of the ordinary solenoid valve The general solenoid valve can be used with the solenoid valve box, which can not only protect the solenoid valve, prolong the service life of the solenoid valve and equipment, but also reduce the loss and save the cost. 5. The solenoid valve box is a centralized control system, which can save time, facilitate maintenance and improve work efficiency during equipment inspection. The traditional inspection method has a large workload, scattered solenoid valve installation, more maintenance time, and the time can be shortened by 3-4 times. 6. The use of solenoid valve box is very convenient for subsequent maintenance, transformation and upgrading.

Basic functions:

1. The solenoid valve in the solenoid valve box can be divided into single electric control and double electric control according to the site requirements. The single electric control can only make the actuator rise and fall depending on the weight of the actuator itself, or the spring return mechanism falls. The double electric control can control the up and down of the actuator with memory function. In case of power failure, the state of last action shall be maintained without misoperation.

2. Remote / local solenoid valve box has local and remote switching functions, and each solenoid valve has corresponding on and off indicator lights. Make staff operation more intuitive.

3. Field bus type solenoid valve box, with bus module supporting PROFIBUS DP protocol, can communicate with DCS directly, receive DCS command to control solenoid valve output, and collect switch information fed back by actuator and transmit to DCs.

Remote / local switching solenoid valve box:

·It has all basic functions of common solenoid valve box (air source junction box).

·The pneumatic control system can be operated on site or in the duty room far away from the site.

·It is more convenient to operate by increasing the display of field operation status.

Basic configuration

On the basis of common solenoid valve box, add:

·Selection switch for remote / local switching

·The switch controlling the action of each solenoid valve and the indicator light reflecting the working state.

·The secondary circuit matched for the real remote / local switching operation.

·It can be controlled by DCS in real time by means of communication with DCS, and collect feedback signal of field actuator and send it to DCs

Basic configuration

On the basis of remote / local solenoid valve box, add:

·Fieldbus control module

·Collect the feedback signal of on-site pneumatic equipment switch

Installation:

1. The solenoid valve box is divided into wall mounted type and floor mounted type.

2. Power line, communication line and remote control line enter from the bottom of the box.

3. The air source control outlet is located at the box side.
